SALT LAKE CITY -- Prosecutors have filed charges against a recruiter for the United States Marines accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

Trevor Hooper is charged with rape, sodomy and multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Charging documents say that Trevor Hooper had sex with a 15-year-old girl during the month of April and also videotaped and photographed the acts.

Prosecutors say Hoooper met the girl in March at her school, where he recruits for the Marines.

Hooper is charged with rape and forcible sodomy, both first-degree felonies. Prosecutors also charged him with 11 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of forcible sexual abuse, all second-degree felonies.
