(KSL News) Oxycontin robberies have become common on the Wasatch Front, but Vernal had its first case last night.
Police say a man walked into the Smith's grocery store, grabbed the pharmacist by his tie, took out a knife and demanded oxycontin.
The clerk got away, but was slightly cut.
The robber ran off without getting any drugs.
Investigators are following a few leads.
