Greg Neft Reporting A Layton teen who expected to see a sports video game when he put it in his Xbox got a nasty surprise.
When 14-year-old Colton Mahoney loaded what he thought was the video game Madden 2007 in his Xbox, he and his dad saw something completely different.
Tim Mahoney, Father: "It wasn't a Madden game, I know that. It was a very explicit scene of pornography."
The dad says he was mortified.
Tim Mahoney: "It wasn't a pretty sight that any 14-year-old or any other person that is in their right mind should see."
The game was bought at a Circuit City in Modesto, California as a Christmas present. Mahoney says that store has apologized.
Tim Mahoney: "They have sent us a couple of games, including Madden."
Mahoney says he'll be inspecting the new game before Colton plays it.
