SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Heidi Mattingly will be back in court today.

A review hearing will continue today whether Mattingly should fully regain custody of her children with John Daniel Kingston.

In April, a judge ruled Mattingly had made significant progress toward solving abuse and neglect problems in the home. The judge ordered visits should continue with an eye toward reunification.

Today's hearing is reviewing the progress made since April.

The hearing is set for 2:30 p-m before Third District Juvenile Court Elizabeth Lindsley.
