SALT LAKE CITY -- A man accused of robbing a Salt Lake Key Bank is now in jail.
Salt Lake Police picked up 61-year-old Albert Martin on Tuesday and booked him into jail. They say Martin walked into the bank, located at 2299 S. Highland Dr., with a gun on August 14th and told the teller, "fill the bag with money and no one will get hurt."
Investigators discovered later the gun was a toy.
Martin is now in jail on suspicion of aggravated robbery. He's also been placed on a U.S. Marshall's hold.
