Andrew Adams Reporting Several students now face drug charges after Weber County Sheriff deputies raid Bonneville High School.
Lt. Kevin Burns is happy with the raid even though just five students face charges as a result of it.
Lt. Kevin Burns: "I think it was a success. Yeah, we'll call it a win. We'll get some drugs and some paraphernalia and some good information. Hopefully we made an impression that folks know we are watching".
Weber School District spokesman Nate Taggart says the raid was a win-win in identifying kids that have a problem and discouraging others.
Nate Taggart: "If we can take care of their habits and behaviors now it will benefit them in the future."
Police were following up on leads, and did question at least 20 students. No drugs were actually found on school grounds.
Police dogs and a small army of officers looked for them.
