SANDY -- Two men were injured when a roof collapsed in Sandy Wednesday evening.

A construction crew was adding a new roof to the home at 10433 S. Buddlea Drive (935 E.) when dozens of roof trusses went down like dominoes.

"They were finishing up with putting the trusses up, and all of them fell over at the same time," said Sandy City Fire Battalion Chief Toby Kirby.

Two workers were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the trusses to go over.
