(KSL News) -- A bus driver for Granite School District is facing charges of forcible sexual assault tonight.
A Granite District police officer last month spotted 52-year old Michael Tanner with a 17-year old girl in a private car on school property. The two were kissing.
An investigation determined the two had met three times between October and November.
Tanner, has been charged with three felony counts of Improper Touching.
He hasn't driven a bus since the incident was reported.
