BRIGHAM CITY -- It took 24 firefighters to knock down a fire at a trailer home in Brigham City Saturday.
The Brigham City Fire Department says the fire broke out just before 4 a.m. at a trailer on the 400 block of Main Street. By the time firefighters arrived, the trailer was completely engulfed in flames.
It took crews about 45 minutes to get the fire under control, and the trailer is a complete loss.
The family of six who lived at the trailer was not home at the time of the fire. The Red Cross is helping them with shelter, food and clothing.
The organization has helped 135 people in the past month alone.
