FARMINGTON -- A judge has scheduled a December trial for a Syracuse woman accused of engaging in sexual activity with three teenage boys.

Kimberlee Williams Arigot appeared in 2nd District Court on Wednesday for a brief status conference. The Davis County Attorney's Office said the judge scheduled a two-day jury trial beginning Dec. 3 for Arigot.

Arigot, 41, is charged with one count of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old, and five counts of dealing in materials harmful to a minor; all are third-degree felonies. She is also charged with a single count of class A misdemeanor sex abuse of a minor.

Syracuse police allege Arigot engaged in sexual activity with three teenage boys, a 15-year-old and two 17-year-old boys. Police have said the victims were either friends of her daughter's or lived in her neighborhood.

Arigot's defense attorney has contested the ages of the alleged victims. Arigot has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
