EAGLE MOUNTAIN -- The city of Eagle Mountain has taken ownership of the failing Ranches Golf Course.
Tuesday night the city council voted 3 to 2 to accept the golf course as a donation to the city and approved Vanguard Golf Management to run it.
Vanguard Golf Management is the same company that operates the Thanksgiving Point golf course and two other courses in southern Utah, including one owned by the city of Hurricane.
