SALT LAKE CITY -- The Cache County Sheriff's Office has concluded its investigation into the death of a 9-year-old boy who was run over by a tractor. It found the boy died in a tragic accident.
Cache County sheriff's Lt. Chad Jensen said no charges will be filed against a family member who was driving the tractor.
Zachary Bushman, of Cheyenne, Wyo., was run over by the tractor on July 7 in Benson. He was rushed to Logan Regional Hospital where he later died.
