(KSL News) A court found two Utah men guilty of scamming schools across the nation out of millions of dollars.
Prosecutors say Tyron Lewis and his son Cameron defrauded more than 600 schools by selling them fitness equipment.
The pair sold the equipment through a group called the National School Fitness Foundation ... and told school's they would be reimbursed with money from government grants and private donations.
But the foundation never received that money.
The men face prison time and millions of dollars in fines.
