(KSL News) -- A former school counselor convicted of having sex with a student is once again in trouble with the law.
Curtis Scott Ward has pleaded guilty to felony identity fraud for using his deceased father's Social Security number to obtain prescription drugs.
A judge sentenced him to zero to five years in prison, but suspended the sentence so Ward can attend therapy sessions.
