SALT LAKE CITY -- Thousands of pounds of beef sold in Utah are being recalled because they could be contaminated with E. coli.
The recalled products include Swift brand meats and boxes marked as USDA choice. For a list, click here.
The possible contamination was discovered during testing at the JBS Swift Beef Company plant in Colorado.
