(KSL News) First a car crash, then the driver stripped.
A man crashed his car into a planter box on State Street and First Avenue, got out and ran down the street stripping off his clothes.
He told police things were crawling all over him. Officers found a crack pipe in his car, but they can't say for sure if his condition was drug induced until blood tests return.
No other people were in his car. He was charged with a DUI.
