OREM -- Dell Schanze, also known as Super Dell, was supposed to be in court Friday morning, but his case was continued.
Schanze was scheduled to stand trial on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, reckless driving and seat belt violations.
It involves a traffic stop in Saratoga Springs last August.
The case was continued after questions came up involving a recently passed law involving when it is legal and not legal to carry a gun in a vehicle.
Schanze will likely still face the reckless driving and seat belt charges in justice court at a future date.
