HOLLADAY -- Police are looking for a registered sex offender accused of fondling a 9-year-old girl at a community pool in Holladay.
Michael Staples, 43, is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, which is punishable by up to life in prison.
Court documents say the incident happened on May 22 at the Holladay Lions Fitness and Recreation Center.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports Staples was convicted of three counts of lewdness with a child 10 years ago.
