SALT LAKE CITY -- Salt Lake police arrested a man accused of stabbing another man in the neck Monday night. It happened near 450 South and 200 East.
Officers say the man went up to a group of people in the Washington Square area and asked them for an "item." They said "no," and a fight broke out.
One man stabbed another and tried to run, but the others chased down and officers arrested him.
Police are still sorting out the details. The man who was stabbed is in extremely serious condition.
