(KSL News) -- More than 100 Utah veterans are on their way to Washington D.C. to be honored for their service during World War II.
Senator Orrin Hatch and Governor Jon Huntsman were on hand to send the veterans off on their Hero Flight.
While in Washington the veterans will visit the World War II memorial and a World War exhibit at the Smithsonian Museum.
