ST. GEORGE -- A St. George man will spend up to 30 years in prison in connection with a kidnapping and murder two years ago.
Tuesday, Edgar Navarro was given two sentences of one to 15 years in connection with the death of Mark Batin.
The judge in the case ordered the sentences be served consecutively and said he will recommend to the parole board that Navarro serve "every day" of both.
Batin's body was found in January 2007 along Old Highway 91.
