OGDEN -- A man who police say killed two prostitutes in Ogden will wait in jail for his trial to start.
Lawyers for Jacob Ethridge, 31, filed a motion asking a judge to let Ethridge stay out of jail while he awaits trial on murder charges.
But the judge denied the motion.
Ethridge is accused of shooting Teresa Tingey, 43, and Rosanna Marie Cruz, 25, to death on July 13 in Ogden.
