SUMMIT COUNTY -- A three-car crash in Summit County killed a man Monday morning. It happened just north of Kamas in the rural community of Marion.
Investigators say the crash began with a sideswipe as a pickup truck tried to pass a Jeep. That sent the Jeep into an oncoming car.
The driver of that car, 41-year-old Daniel Howells of Peoa, died in the collision.
His daughter was in the car with him but was not seriously injured.
