(KSL News) -- Police say a Vernal man had a blood alcohol level four times over the legal limit when he struck and killed a woman with his car last month.
Timothy J. Carlile is facing charges of felony automobile homicide in the death of 71-year-old Sharon Robinson.
Police say Robinson was crossing the street in her wheelchair when she was hit by Carlile.
At the time of the incident Carlile told police he had only consumed two beers.
