PAYSON -- Drowsy driving may have caused a car accident Sunday morning that resulted in the death of a baby.
The Utah Highway Patrol says 5 people were traveling from Las Vegas to Salt Lake when their car rolled on I-15 near Payson.
An infant, who was riding on the lap of a passenger, and two others were thrown from the vehicle. The baby died at the scene.
One other person was seriously hurt.
Troopers say no one was wearing a seat belt.
