(KSL News) -- Accusations of discrimination, harassment and nepotism led to the ousting of the executive director of the Salt Lake County landfill.
Romney Stewart was put on administrative leave yesterday, and told to consider retiring or face terminiation.
According to a press release put out by the county, the move was made to "build an environment of management and trust."
On Tuesday the Salt Lake County Council will consider the creation of a sub-commitee to deal with other problems at the landfill.
