(KSL News) Salt Lake Police believe a fatal fall at a downtown apartment building was an accident.
Officers were called to the scene last night by the victim's boyfriend, who said she had fallen several stories and landed on the pavement below.
Police investigating the scene say the railings are low, and the woman was apparently trying to get into her apartment by climbing over a railing to get to an open window.
The woman has been identified as 39-year old Theresa Galindo.
