By Marc GiauqueAn Eden woman says her plastic surgeon and a local television station published edited nude photos of her against her knowledge and against her will.

It happened when Fox 13 aired a segment on Jan. 31, 2008, on plastic surgery nightmares. Coni Judge says she was asked to be interviewed as an example of a "good" experience. Judge had been seeking a "mommy makeover," which is basically a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation.

She says she agreed to the interview thinking she'd be talking about how to find a good plastic surgeon. But she was horrified when the story aired to find out her doctor had given the station edited nude "before" and "after" exam photos.

Judge says only slightly censored versions made it to air.

"They pushed that to the limit and they showed just about as much skin as you could," she said.

And much more than Judge says she ever would have agreed to show.

Judge, who works in corporate communications, says after the story aired, she lost up to 75 percent of her clients.

Judge says she never would have consented to the photos being used. In fact, during the interview, in which she's wearing a pink exam gown, Judge claims she made it very clear that she wanted to be portrayed modestly.

Judge is now suing the station and Dr. Renato Saltz, claiming an invasion of privacy.

In a statement sent to KSL, KSTU General Manager Tim Ermish says the station disputes Judge's claims, and that KSTU believes it acted professionally and appropriately based on the information it was given from Judge and the doctor.

An attorney for Dr. Saltz has not responded to a request for comment.
