(KSL News) -- Rescue teams in Utah County say they were training for trench rescues this afternoon when they were called out to a rescue in Lehi.
Crews say a construction worker acidentally fell into a trench and somehow hit his head. He complained of head and neck pain.
The rescue team went into the hole, stabilized the worker and pulled him out.
Paramedics took him to the hospital in an ambulance. He's said to be in good condition.
