HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah (AP) -- The Air Force Thunderbirds aerial demonstration team will perform at a Hill Air Force Base open house during Air Force Week in Salt Lake City in June.

The Thunderbirds are the U.S. Air Force's premier aerial demonstration team and perform precision maneuvers.

Salt Lake City was selected along with Hampton Roads, Va., and Sacramento, Calif., to hold Air Force Week in 2009.

Events in Utah will also include the U.S. Air Force Academy Band and the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard Drill Team.
