HUNTSVILLE, Texas — Led by Lamar Wilkerson's 26 points, the Sam Houston Bearkats defeated the Texas Southern Tigers 87-71. Cameron Huefner scored 22 points and added six rebounds for the Bearkats. Kavion McClain finished with 19 points and five assists for the Tigers. The Bearkats are now 5-5 on the season, while the Tigers moved to 1-7.
