(KSL News) -- The Utah man accused of starving his ex- girlfriend's daughter finally showed up to face those charges today.
Michael Bowden ignored three previous court dates. Prosecutors, claim he starved five-year old Jade Anzures. She weighed 13-pounds.
Jade has Cerebral Palsey and can't walk or talk.
Bowden returns to court next month.
