(KSL News) The Morgan County School District has ironed out its differences with the state fire marshal's office.
As we reported last week, a new addition to the high school had been plagued by fire-alarm problems. There were also concerns about a fire exit sign, a fire door and incomplete paperwork.
Today the deputy fire marshal told us the district has now done what's necessary to get an occupancy permit.
