KANAB — You might've seen an article we ran earlier this year about how Home Depot's 12-foot skeletons are such a popular Halloween decoration. Nicknamed "Skelly," these massive skeletons have become common sights in some neighborhoods.

But ever so often, a holiday decoration comes along that makes Skelly look miniscule. Behold, the magnificence of the 40-foot Santa in this video:

While I respect the labor of love that goes behind decorations like this, it was undeniably chilling to see this Santa rise up over the surrounding homes like some sort of yuletide Godzilla. If I lived next door, I'd be afraid that a strong wind might send it crashing down on my roof.

"I'm seeing all these things of people with giant inflatable decorations," explains Zed Broadhead, the man behind the giant Santa. "I also joined this club this year down in Kanab, Utah, with a 40-foot Santa."

Yes, Zed, you are officially in the club. But I have to say that your Santa looks more like a hot air balloon than a lawn decoration. Seriously, if I drove by in the early morning hours and saw that thing glowing on the Broadheads' lawn, I'd think that it were headed skyward any minute.

All this 40-foot Santa talk actually gets me wondering about the other oversized decorations that might be out there? So what's the biggest holiday decoration you've ever seen?
