(KSL News) -- We weren't sure if they were going to open the door-- but this morning we gave our high five surprise to a Murray couple who immigrated from Nicaragua nearly 20 years ago.

Kristen Brady/Nominated In-laws: "it's because you guys are so special, you guys are very good parents and grand-parents and I love you so much."

Inez and Ricardo Garcia, High Five Surprise: "We come here for a successful for my children-- and we are grateful because they have it."

Kristen Garcia nominated her in-laws. She says Inez and Ricardo sacrificed both personally and professionally when they left Nicaragua to come to the United States to try and create a better life for their family. She wanted to see them get a little recognition.
