STAYING IN THE CHAIR — What can you do with a wiffle ball and a fishing rod? Not get up, that's what.
Father's Day may have been a couple weeks ago, but that didn't stop Oregon women's golf coach Derek Radley from showing off one great dad hack. In a video posted on his Twitter account, Radley shows that you can go through a batting practice with a kid without having to throw, chase after a ball or even get up from a chair. Oh, and there's a bonus: You can get some extra practice reeling in your fishing rod.
Who has time and energy to be chasing balls all over the yard or street anyway?

Here's how to stay seated while going through batting practice with your kid:
- Connect the ball to a fishing line
- Release the line as the ball is hit
- Reel it back in once it comes to a stop
- Sit back and enjoy not having to get up
Now, that's a dad hack.
