THE BACKYARD — Life can be downright exhausting. Between work, family obligations, world events, tax season and utility bills, there are enough stressors out there to leave all of us feeling zapped.

What do you do when you're feeling especially tired? Do you play a game on your phone? Grab your favorite snack? Daydream for a few hours?

One of the most obvious solutions is a nap. Unfortunately, I've never been much of a napper. If I'm feeling exhausted, I just stumble around in a stupor. Lying down for a nap sounds tempting, but I just struggle to sleep during daytime hours.

Then I saw this video. That squirrel looks so peaceful and comfy as it prepares for a nap that I would give just about anything to have those same feelings in my life.

I think the nappers of the world have found their new spirit animal. To approach life as this squirrel would be amazing. No deadlines. No stress. No burdens. Just a wholehearted commitment to sleep.

So the next time you feel drained, just do one of these squirrel stretches and then bunk down to catch 40 (or more) winks.
