RIVERDALE — Riverdale Police Department is still searching for and asking for the public's help in locating a man who is wanted for aggravated murder, police said.

Liam Gale is suspected of being connected to the Riverdale shooting on Christmas Day which killed Trevor Anthony Martin, 36, and hospitalized a 42-year-old woman with critical injuries.

Brittany Ann Rogers, 31, of Clearfield; Liam Hughes Tonneson Gale, 31; and Rayburn Jimmy Bennett, 16, of West Valley City, were each charged Monday in 2nd District Court with murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, and obstructing justice, all first-degree felonies. Bennett was charged as an adult.

Rogers is accused of transporting Gale and Bennett to a home located in the mobile home park at 5100 S. 1050 West to commit a robbery. Bennett and Gale forced their way into the home, where an altercation occurred, and killed Martin and wounded the woman, police said.

Rogers then drove Gale and Bennett away from the scene and Gale has been on the run since the shooting, according to police.

Gale is considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact police and not approach him. Riverdale Police can be contacted at 801-395-8221, or 911 if it's an emergency.
