AMERIGAMACAMANA, ALL RIGHT — Sometimes all a song really needs is a great beat and some energy. Lyrics are just a side note. That's not always the case, but it happens.

There are a lot of pop songs out there with the lyrical prowess of an injured baby bird, but the music is so catchy we couldn't care less. Or, sometimes, it's in a language we don't even understand but we're all in. One example is Luis Fonsi's "Despacito." The song was and still is a huge hit here in the states and many had no idea what he's talking about, but it's catchy.

I witnessed the same thing when I lived in Brazil. There were people that absolutely adored a lot of music from the United Sates and would sing along even though they had absolutely no idea what they were saying.

That made for some uncomfortable moments like when I saw a 75-year-old grandfather show his grandkids how hip he was by rapping along to an Eminem song. Just know it wasn't exactly appropriate.

Back in the 1970s, Italian singer Adriano Celentano noticed the same thing and decided to conduct an experiment. Celentano believed Italians would like any song that sounded like English, so he put together this little diddy with nonsense lyrics and it's wonderfully bizarre and catchy. Obviously the song is old, but it recently went viral as people turned it into a meme.

Enjoy the beat, the gibberish and the wildly odd music video to this song and good luck getting, "Cheban kina kimmie koud babby sistain abany ho" out of your head.
