Salt Lake City, UT (press release) - In a newly released report, CNN.com in partnership with Careerbuilder.com have announced the top 25 U.S. cities for finding a job. Among them are three Utah cities: Logan, Salt Lake City, and Provo. [Click here to look at complete list of top cities]
"Having three Utah cities in the top 25 highlights why Utah remains one of the bright spots in America for finding jobs," said Jason Perry, executive director of the Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED).
Logan ranked seventh best, boasting a 2.8 unemployment rate while Salt Lake City and Provo ranked 21st and 22nd, respectively.
These rankings are based on multiple figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, including job growth rates and unemployment rates. These current figures were compared to the same figures from 2007.
