(KSL News) Airport police arrested a man who somehow got inside the secure perimeter of Salt Lake International this morning. The man climbed the fence and wandered onto one of the runways.

Security personnel briefly closed two runways, but airport officials say there was no disruption of air travel.

Richard LaMar Hall is in jail tonight, booked on suspicion of burglary and use of airport restricted areas. Airport authorities say they have ruled out terrorism as a motive for Hall's actions.
