(KSL News) A Sandy couple's 50-foot spruce is headed to Gateway as the center of the mall's holiday celebrations.
Don and Lorraine Howard love the tree they planted 25 years ago, but they started worrying when it began to lean precariously.
The Howards didn't know how they could afford to pay for the tree's removal. Their worries vanished when they learned Gateway wanted the tree to display this season.
The tree will be lit the day after Thanksgiving.
