(KSL News) -- The Iron County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 75-year old Toquerville man on charges of sexual abuse.
Sheriff Mark Gower says Rulon L. Darrington has confessed to having an inappropriate relationship with a girl, starting when she was ten-years old. The girl is now seventeen.
Darrington is charged with forcible sex abuse, sex exploitation of a minor and sodomy on a child.
He is being held in the Iron County jail.
