MILLCREEK — A 41-year-old motorcyclist was killed on Wednesday in a motorcycle crash, authorities confirmed.

The man collided with a white car near 2700 E. 3300 South.

Eastbound 3300 South was shut down at 9:15 p.m. but has since reopened, according to the Utah Department of Transportation.

Unified Police identified the man Thursday afternoon as Adam Lea Simpson, 41, of Murray.

"Our condolences to his family and friends," the department said via Twitter.
