SALT LAKE CITY — A Salt Lake man with a history of lewd behavior was arrested again on Monday.

Claude Jerry Parker, 68, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of three counts of lewdness for an incident that allegedly occurred in February.

Parker is accused of entering a Salt Lake restaurant and exposing his genitals to three women on Feb. 18, a police booking affidavit states.

He told police he has been exposing himself since 2003, according to the affidavit. He was convicted of lewdness in 2014 and attempted lewdness in 2015, court records indicate. He was also previously arrested for “placing video cameras in a woman’s apartment,” the affidavit states.

“The offender admitted he masturbates in public compulsively since 2003 and can’t seem to stop this behavior. The offender admitted he didn’t know what was going to help him stop this behavior,” police wrote in the affidavit. “The offender has shown a predator obsession toward sexual offenses.”

Parker was also convicted of attempted sex solicitation in 1989, according to court records.
