OREM — A missing 20-year-old woman with "diminished mental capacity" was located Tuesday after she disappeared in Orem Sunday, police said.
Alexis Russell was last seen near the La Quinta Inn & Suites on University Parkway in Orem, according to a Facebook post from the Orem Police Department.
She was located "safe and sound" near an Orem apartment complex after someone recognized her and called police Tuesday, according to Orem Lt. Craig Martinez.
