OREM — Police are searching for a missing 20-year-old woman with "diminished mental capacity" after she disappeared in Orem Sunday.
Alexis Russell was last seen in the area of the La Quinta Inn & Suites on University Parkway in Orem, according to a Facebook post from the Orem Police Department. Officers are asking for the public's help finding Russell, who they say functions at a lower mental capacity.
Police have not yet released a description of what Russell was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
