ELBERTA, Utah County — One person is in critical condition and one is in serious condition after a rollover crash, officials said.

The crash took place just before 4:45 p.m. on state Route 68 in Utah County, according to Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Todd Royce.

A vehicle rolled over during the crash, Royce said. Only one car was involved in the crash and the two people inside were injured, he said.

Two medical helicopters were being dispatched to the scene. Both directions of the road were closed as of 4:30 p.m., Utah Department of Transportation officials said on Twitter. UDOT was estimating the road would be opened by 5:22 p.m. The road was later reopened.
