NEW YORK — What goes into making a hit show? You need a great storyline, a few cliffhangers and, of course, the actors who bring the characters to life.
NBC's "Blindspot" checks off all of those requirements.
The show centers around a mysterious woman found in Times Square with tattoos all over her body and her memory erased. She works with the FBI to investigate and solve the complex map of tattoos on her body, as they lead to secret conspiracies and corruption.
So, we just had to ask actress Jamie Alexander about those tattoos.
"In the very beginning it took about eight hours to put on all the tattoos, but now it's like 20 minutes because I'm wearing more clothes," said Alexander, who plays the role of Jane.
Viewers may recognize another one of "Blindspot's" stars. Ashley Johnson used to be America's favorite little girl on the hit show "Growing Pains." She's all grown up and the only thing that pains her now apparently are reporter interviews.
"Yeah, interviews are not my thing," Johnson said. "I just don't know how to finish a thought. I keep rambling."
Before KSL could continue the interview, a crew member interrupted and whisked Johnson away to shoot another scene on the Brooklyn set.
You can watch "Blindspot" on KSL TV Friday at 7 p.m.
