(KSL News) A couple charged with starving and abusing two children now are also being accused of sexual abuse.
Mary Heath and her boyfriend, Sekoa Aiona, were arrested last week. Police say they locked Heath's 9-year-old niece and 6-year-old nephew in the bathrooms of their Eagle Mountain home, beat them and didn't feed them.
Now a doctor says the boy has injuries consistent with sexual abuse.
The couple is being held in jail on a $75,000 cash-only bail.
